Biography
Sovpel Igor Vladimirovich, born in 1984, since 2007 I have been working at the G.V. Bondar Republican Cancer Center in Donetsk, Ukraine. One of the areas in which I do and carry out investigations is the laparoscopic correction of hiatal hernia complicated by GERD. The work is carried out jointly with the Regional Hospital of Donetsk, where our team has total experience of more than 350 laparoscopic correction of patients suffering hiatal hernia complicated by GERD,using various methods of surgical repair, that also includes the mesh-repair and Collins procedure.
