Biography
He work as the director in Department of Head & Neck Surgery of Sichuan Cancer Hospital & institute now. I have been working as a doctor in prevention and treatment of head and neck surgery for more than 10 years. I am an expert in head and neck cancer surgery and one of academic leader of Sichuan Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission. I can perform surgical treatments for various types of head and neck tumours in high quality, especially do well in the comprehensive treatment of advanced tumours and the first stage of tumour defect and function restruction in the head and neck. I participated in the writing "Diagnostic Guidelines for Differentiated Thyroid Cancer", which is the first diagnostic guidelines for differentiated thyroid cancer in China. I attended the cancer conferences several times, such as Global Oncology Academic Exchange Program(GAP), Current Status of Surgical Treatment of Head and Neck Tumours in the United States (CCHNS), Advances in the Treatment of Thyroid and Parathyroid Gland Tumours in the United States, Cancer Biology and Medical Conferences in the Asia-Pacific Region, National Head and Neck Cancer and so on. I was invited as a guest to attend the 14th World Head and Neck Cancer Conference of RGCON and exchange at the conference in 2015. I am the editorial board member and reviewer of many international publications, including Current Oncology sORL reviewer of the Medical Research Archives and so on. I published more than 100 papers, won 12 provincial and municipal science and technology awards and obtained 11 national patents. My clinical study of thyroid cancer makes me win the first prize in the National Oncology Conference in 2014.

Dr. Red Alinsod completed medical training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 1990. He served a 12-year Air Force career with 4 active duty years at George and Nellis Air Force Bases. Now in solo private practice, Red has built a large and successful urogynecology, pelvic reconstructive surgery, and aesthetic vaginal surgery following. He is the Director and founder of South Coast Urogynecology and The Alinsod Institute for Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery. His International teaching program is the first of its kind to combine both pelvic reconstructive and aesthetic principles together. He has trained many of the world’s leading doctors and instructors in cosmetic gynecology and has presented his techniques worldwide. He is co-editor of Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery, Concepts, Classification and Technique, the seminal textbook for plastic surgeons and gynecologists in this rapidly growing field. He is the Founder and Chairman of CAVS (Congress on Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery), the oldest and longest running Congress dedicated to Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery and Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery. He is the inventor of the "Barbie Look" and "Hybrid Look" Labiaplasty, Medial Curvilinear Labia Majoraplasty, Central and Lateral Clitoral Hood Reduction, In-office No-IV Labiaplasty, Perineoplasty, Vaginoplasty, Pudendo-Levator Block. He is the inventor and patent owner of the Lone Star APS Vaginal Retractor, APS Surgical Table, Alinsod Scissors, and various pelvic reconstructive devices and techniques such as Sling with Bladder Support and Implants and Procedures for Treatment of Pelvic Floor Disorders. Dr. Alinsod is the inventor of ThermiVa, a radio frequency device for dermatologic conditions with specific use in feminine tissues.

Biography
Dr. Mark Laftavi is a specialized transplant surgeon in Syracuse, New York and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Erie County Medical Center and Upstate University Hospital. He received his medical degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and has been in practice for more than 20 years. After several years of expertise, he is now appointed as the Interim Chief of Division of Transplantation, State University of New York, Upstate. His open and contextual evaluation model based on transplantation creates new pathways for improving healthcare. He has built this model after years of experience in research, evaluation, teaching and administration both in hospital and education institutions. SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, is the only academic medical center in Central New York with the region's largest employment. As a biomedical research enterprise, Upstate focuses on the most prevalent human diseases, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, nervous system disorders, vision, and infectious diseases. The quest for treatments and cures is built upon expertise in structural, molecular and systems biology.

Rajneesh Kumar M.S; FAIS; FLCS; FMAS; FAIGES; FICS, is an Associate Professor in Department of Surgery at Punjab Institute of Medical sciences, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. His main focus is to develop and apply innovations according to the need of poor rural patients in the field of general, trauma and laparoscopic surgery. He has been awarded various honorary fellowships. After serving for 20 years in state health services as laparoscopic, general and gynae surgeon, his activities now involve teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and academic research in addition to surgical work. He has many publications to his credit.
