Biography
Dr. Red Alinsod completed medical training at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 1990. He served a 12-year Air Force career with 4 active duty years at George and Nellis Air Force Bases. Now in solo private practice, Red has built a large and successful urogynecology, pelvic reconstructive surgery, and aesthetic vaginal surgery following. He is the Director and founder of South Coast Urogynecology and The Alinsod Institute for Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery. His International teaching program is the first of its kind to combine both pelvic reconstructive and aesthetic principles together. He has trained many of the world’s leading doctors and instructors in cosmetic gynecology and has presented his techniques worldwide. He is co-editor of Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery, Concepts, Classification and Technique, the seminal textbook for plastic surgeons and gynecologists in this rapidly growing field. He is the Founder and Chairman of CAVS (Congress on Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery), the oldest and longest running Congress dedicated to Aesthetic Vulvovaginal Surgery and Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery. He is the inventor of the "Barbie Look" and "Hybrid Look" Labiaplasty, Medial Curvilinear Labia Majoraplasty, Central and Lateral Clitoral Hood Reduction, In-office No-IV Labiaplasty, Perineoplasty, Vaginoplasty, Pudendo-Levator Block. He is the inventor and patent owner of the Lone Star APS Vaginal Retractor, APS Surgical Table, Alinsod Scissors, and various pelvic reconstructive devices and techniques such as Sling with Bladder Support and Implants and Procedures for Treatment of Pelvic Floor Disorders. Dr. Alinsod is the inventor of ThermiVa, a radio frequency device for dermatologic conditions with specific use in feminine tissues.

Biography
Arlindo Lemos Junior has been working in endovascular procedures since 1991, when he first participated in an iliac artery stent in Bellvitge Hospital, Barcelona - Spain. Since then he developed his expertise and passion in acquiring new techniques in the Field. He has been studying Congestion Pelvic Syndrome for more than 10 years, when he was introduced to Dr.J.Leal Monedero from Madrid - Spain. Since then, he become interested in learning the physiopathology, diagnosis and treatment of Compression Vein Syndromes, such as common iliac vein and left renal vein ones, better known as May-Thurner Syndrome and Nutcracker Syndrome. The association of Recurrent Varicocele and Renal Vein compression is described in several papers in the Literature, many urologists do not have comprehension about the hemodynamic aspects of vein flow and reflux.

Biography
Waleed M. Ghareeb is an assistant lecturer of Gastro-intestinal (G.I.T) Surgery at Suez Canal University and its affiliated Hospitals, Egypt. He is responsible for teaching the high grade undergraduate students all related clinical skills at the field of general surgery. He is also assigned to assist junior surgery residents for surgical skills training and basic Laparoscopic surgical skills. Since 2017, he attached to the affiliated union hospital of Fujian Medical University, China as a senior doctoral Candidate of minimal invasive colorectal surgery. His main focus is on the issues of debate on colorectal surgery like Ta TME and organ sparing cancer surgery. He has some publications and presentations at international journals and meetings to his credit
